FWIW, Ameritrade divy response just received.

As follows:

As of today the restricted shares of symbol SNYY have not been allocated and it appears that the DTC is still waiting to confirm the distribution with the Blackout Media Corporation paying agent.

Ameritrade has not received any additional information from Blackout Media Corporation or their paying agent regarding this dividend payment. Once Ameritrade receives this allocation and instruction to pay shareholders, your Ameritrade account will be updated to reflect the distribution automatically.
