Single family homes are not investment properties.

I can u please explain that I have 5 single homes that I use for investment and cash flow. Let if there is couple thing we can first agree the reason PMI insurance was even offer was for people who did not have the %20 down to get that loan they would take out that insurance right . which make the field of buyer allot bigger right ? Since that can't happen anymore in turn reduce the number of people that can qualify for a mortgage today. That was my final point we can end this discussion if u like!!!
