While it is wonderful that quarter after quarter goes by and justice fades from view as this case devolves into playground taunts...what is the outlook for a bank deposit in the next 4 quarters? Given appeals in the GOOG case, I don't see that happening. ZTE seems willing to go the distance (expect appeals on both sides) so that is at least a year out. ADT/Tyco further than tha. I am getting more worried about dilution given $43M in the bank as of June and the last quarter's burn rate (was their anything exceptional in their SG&A and cost of product?). Want to hear in the next quarterly cc about how VRNG is going to protect shareholders from dilution if they don't have any licensing pokers in the fire. VRNG needs to keep costs down to $6-7M per quarter to avoid this IMO. Perhaps they can barter something with MSFT or YHOO but we need to hear about some innovation re: revenue pretty soon...court cases need to be icing...not the cake.
