Do u want show house sell compare 2000- 2008 to what it is now days I can do that u will see how the market was allot more active than today but since 2008 there no more %100 loan people have to put down %20 to to get a mortgage plus allot company have stop offering PMI or gone BK . SO u say more people won't be buy home today if they did have to put down %20 IMO If people had a way to get %20 to buy a home with it have to come out there pocket there would allot more homeowner we have still low interest and still home our allot more affordable than years we for sure we have allot more buying new home if Primarq was up and running I know I would use them to buy more investment property I be do %100 loan again at low rate and more affordable price !!!
