Where the heck is the bottom?

I just cant wrap my head around this. We are doing better last quarter than previous, more companies signed, more in negotiation on every news release, and yet we keep creeping down, who does not want this stock price to be higher than it is now? With the last news we hit .139 for a small bit and then back to where we were......Where is the good news that will lift us past 14 and then some again?
