NEW YORK, Jan 11, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- IBAC Corporation (Pink Sheets: ICAN) today announced expansion into the Texas market. The company is in discussions on its first potential acquisition of which is a hotel property with over 200 rooms in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area.
The company is also looking into certain other acquisitions in the Florida market specifically the Ft. Myers, Naples area to enhance its operations in the area that the company currently operates a high end steakhouse. The preferred acquisitions will be hotels with restaurants combined.
Garry Becker President & CEO of the southern hospitality division said, "We are aggressively seeking to expand upon our current room inventory within a certain geographical area, we feel that the Texas market would be a natural fit to our operations due to the proximity of the company's other holdings in Arkansas and Memphis."
