I agree why should anyone give out %100 but they wont be once Primarq is off the ground working next year .I never they was a shortage of mortgage people try to qualify for a mortgage is really hard I know people with 770 credit score cant get loan right now they have perfect credit never miss a payment in anything they can't get a loan because it's all fully duc's Allot people right off allot of their expensive so they have huge tax bill so there net might not show allot just because of that they can't get a mortgage but I see that loose up in month to come this what alway happen after a crash but I don't see %100 loan coming back anytime soon so this where I see Primarq can come take over this market help people with the down payment open the door for allot first time buyer or anyone else who either short some money one there %20 or all of it this could be the next big thing!!!!!!!!!!!
