Are they mad !!!

This will allow naked shorting by the MM's with no need to cover within the legal timescales enforced in the US. I have been in stocks before where they threatened to take action against these German exchanges unless they were withdrawn. (From memory didn't ALMI have an issue with the Berlin exchange some time back).

I can't believe they asked for this.....
