No VDSC financials have ever been filed with the SEC. The financial and disclosure information submitted to OTC Markets is not submitted to the SEC. OTC Markets is not a regulator and does not review the information submitted. In many cases, information submitted to OTC Markets is blatantly incomplete or inaccurate.

Even though officers of VDSC might attest to the financials submitted to OTC Markets as being truthful, that does not mean that they officers themselves were truthful and that the financials are indeed correct. In the land of Pink Sheet companies, financial statements are often completely bogus.

IMO, the financial statements submitted to OTC Marckets by VDSC have been false in that they have not included all of the consolidated debt and have massively overstated assets.

The current CFO of VDSC, Ed Steinback, has been involved with multiple PK companies, some of which appear to be scams.
