Exactly the problem! It looks like management panicked and instead of ramping everything else down and focusing on just the one trial by raising the $5 to $10 million actual cost (not that I think they had much chance for even $5 million), they went for the whole hog $24 million PLUS the shelf registration that was already in place. Reverse split and then ask for more than $24 million in equity sales? Here let me write a check. LOL
