Right, there's no need to look for a new CEO, because Kathy's been handling the accounting, payroll, proposals, etc. Of course she doesn't have the engineering credentials that Jim had, but it seems like she handled all the other stuff ok.

Kathy McCandless handles all of our indirect and administrative duties including accounting-bookkeeping, purchasing, human resources and project proposals. Kathy has an MA degree from Northern Illinois University and a BA from Arizona State University. Kathy was a special needs reading teacher for 15 years but has been involved in our various engine engineering businesses since 1996.
