Been following this company for over 5 yrs. Prediction. GE is partnering with CYGX to improve chances at winning competitive government bids, partly because of the added talent, but mostly because of points scored by including 'small business' entities on the project team. Good news, GE should win some of this business, bad news, the prime contractor usually pretty much controls the distribution of work once the project is won, good news, the news of such a contract award should provide for plenty of speculative fervor to propel this stock higher. Time frame for contract award, within next 12 months, maybe sooner than later. GE probably would not have made this move unless there were a specific project. Am I missing anything?
