I e-mailed the company and got this response:

"Hello Nyctrdr,

Thank you for being a valued shareholder. Gold sales in Q2 were reported from a one week test run of "Penny" a $76,000 wash plant we recently purchased for the OODH "AuVek Gold" division:

From that test run we recovered clean alluvial "placer gold" and sold to our buyer about 22 to 25 ounces for 90% spot. Since our mining division has only run "Penny" for a week (less than 15 hours of actual production run-time), it is very hard to estimate gold recovery over a year-long period. We are, however, planning to run that machine on a 24 hour per day cycle.

After fully testing and discussing the machine, we have it down from production for the moment while we repair three things in an attempt to modify the machine for higher gold recovery rates and material processing speed: 1) Upper Hopper needs speed controlled Conveyor belt feed from lower 10 yard hopper with 6" classifying grizzly 2) Upper hopper conveyor needs plasma cutter work on the exit feed opening to allow +8" clearance for flat stones that fall in side-ways and jam the belt, and 3) the lower "Nugget Trap" under the feed belt needs to have the lip cutoff about 1" to allow for good washing of stones and pebbles as they move over the nugget trap (through water jets) and further on into shaker screen system. Everything else works like a Champ! The "Gold Hog" mat in primary sluice shows "Color" within only a few seconds of material passing over it. Penny is an awesome recovery unit and deserves our investment dollars IMO.

Based on the aforementioned modifications and anticipated increase in run-time, perhaps one could speculate future gold sales but I cannot predict a dollar figure at this time, all I can do is help our AuVek division monetarily and get their equipment running at full production as quickly as possible.

These plant modifications are very minor IMO, and if they increase recovery rates by 10% ^ (cleaner stones) and increase production rates of 200% (fewer system jamming), then I feel as though it's money well spent.

Additional mining assets are on the way very soon.

Respectfully,
