Good Morning GPSI Board,

I a receive a response early this morning.


1) The company has not set a date or timetable for the audited financials. It remains a priority for the Company.

2) I presume you mean that you would like to know the terms of the agreements since we have already announced the existence of the valued relationships. However, we may not go into granular detail as to the financial aspects for competitive reasons.

3) Other updates going forward, such as the one provided to the market this morning, will be announced most likely via a press release to the market at large...

PS: MY POINT OF VIEW:

All we need is PATIENCE.. Let the management do their work. Based on my experience, companies don't give out much information due to competitive reasons.
