I think you are very correct about the share price and the lawsuit. I personally feel that the IR folks don't seem to like "their shareholders" very much. In addition to their dislike for us, their ability to relay clear concise messages are also terrible.

I thought the "BEING IN CC COMMUNICATION BLACKOUT" was merely a way to get the Shareholders to stop contacting them.

Then the PR prior to the RUSSELL was an all time best.

All of the other PR's which required a ROSETTA STONE to decipher are up to par with their abilities. Not sure why they have a "DIRECTOR" Role in that department.

As for the lawsuit, they are a dime a dozen. I agree that it will have no impact on the share price. Only GREAT NEWS or a buying demand will impact it. I would rather see the price gain over time instead of what it has been doing for the past 8 months.
