I have been here all along and nobody has actually broke down the claims and compared them to relevant case outcomes.

I have and will probably post results breaking down trials and outcomes of other patent litigation.

There are some ambiguities in the patents, especially the 045 (the one they didn't use for the trial against NCsoft). A lot of it had to do with the relevance to the case and some uspto corrections.
