Now if we're going to speculate? What also could be happening right now is a take over and that could explain the lack of communications from management.

Can you just imagine everyone's surprise one morning at 9:30 am to find out there was a takeover and MZEI's stock had been halted and nobody would be allowed to buy anymore of these bargain basement shares?
