VRINGO FILES ADDITIONAL LAWSUIT AGAINST ZTE IN GERMANY

NEW YORK — September 16, 2013 — Vringo, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNG), a company engaged in the innovation, development and monetization of intellectual property and mobile technologies, today provided an update on its wholly owned subsidiary, Vringo Germany GmbH's, ongoing enforcement actions against ZTE in Germany.

On September 13, 2013 Vringo GmbH sued ZTE in the Düsseldorf Regional Court. The filings allege infringement of the German part of European Patent 0,748,136. The patent is directed to devices, including those with hotspot functionality, that provide data services between two different wireless/cellular networks.
