That is a fair summary.

Back to the data...The hypertension issue at medium and high doses of Brilacidin is something of a concern, although the stuff seemed to work as well at low dose and there was no mention of hypertension there. Plus, we have no idea the amount of the increase in BP, or its duration.

The differences between low and medium dose responses approach statistical significance and are counter intuitive...which is very interesting. THe medium to high dose differences are at least intuitive.
