2012 numbers are upto June 2012. 15 months ago and with 1 month of Costco. Nothing to learn from them we have had 6 months in audited since then showing a failing business If no 2013 by end sept they get downgraded to " no information" on otcmarkets with a risk of going Caveat Emptor.
