if there will be 20 million more shares, and they promise it is the last. Then gives out 8 cents in dividends distributed next year and says that we should be listed on First North in January. Don't you think the stock price will go up anyway and that judgment 20,000,000 shares will be sold very quickly?

I think that it is a lot of investors that only w8 for the dilution to stop but if we had a max shares at 150M and a promise,
that would makes them start buying a lot?

And if they diluted 20 millions of shares to a bank or institute it would seems that we could go on and listed to First north? But they can not dilute more after the listing.

Even if the bank or institution are selling shares meantime?
