That would not make sense for anyone to raise the A/S then immediately take it back to 100 mil. ECO cant make any money, It doesnt help Redwood, so whats the purpose of doing the R/S and having a 30 cent stock that will just get killed in that scenario?

To answer CC about the Cert, post says as long as the ESR is VALID! being temporarily suspended does NOT make the cert invalid.
