What agenda does the non-profit, non-paying collectives have?.....

The idiots Allyn, Benz, Mayer, and Mayor "front" $18MM in services for 4 months, then Benz says there is always a risks they won't collect their money.

Maybe the collectives "fronted" weed, I mean MMJ, to their patients and they hope to collect so they can pay SKTO/DOPE.
