there's a good example of why the reason for backlog should trigger attention. their's was due the fact that they couldn't get enough crew on the job. should have raised a red flag. there is only one reason for lack of crew...lack of adequate paychecks. money taken from production and placed in debt service chokes off production. what pisses me off is that i should have caught that.
