I have been told Patch Adams has 50,000,000 shares. I was told he was given this because he is looking to raise $50 Million for a hospital. If it hits $1 (which will be no time soon) he has his $50 Million. Personally I'd rather try my chances on the lottery than wait for this stock to hit $1...lol!
