The latest filing with the S.E.C. was for 10-Q on 8-19-13. Back in July I believe a post quoted an email from Biozoom that stated they would be filing reports soon and their legal staff was working on resolving issues? I get real concerned with their progress to resolve "any" issues! They had also stated that they would be going to market with their product in early September, I believe we have already passed that. I continue to hold my shares since I can't trade them anyway, but with each passing day I become more convinced that we have been had!!!
