Yes...I'm not a real big fan of Windows 8 either.
As an aside...I'm hoping NTEK has some kind of proprietary software/algorithm built into a chip with more difficult to pirate copy protection and/or maybe have some kind of automatic "kill switch" which would render anything they have which is of a proprietary nature useless in the event any kind of hacking was detected. JMHO
