These could be the two most important parts of next weeks p.r. We now know our new share numbers will be announced, hopefully along with some news regarding our previously announced plans.

Thank you so much for becoming a shareholder in OTHM. We are greatly

appreciative of your current and ongoing support. Within the next week,

we will "update our numbers" on OTC Markets. Unfortunately, at present,

we cannot provide you with any updated numbers in front of the upcoming

disclosures. This is simply due to the information not yet being in

the public domain; thus providing it solely to you may be deemed privileged – not ‘fair’ disclosure.

Our Transfer Agent ‘HAS NOT’ been gagged by us, but rather has an

internal policy not to disclose the information for any of their

clients. As a company, we do not make it a practice of not disclosing

our information. However, the capitalization of our company must be

provided openly to the public. Thus, "you will find updated numbers in

our next disclosure filing".
