Thanks AP for your insight. I might have been a bit harsh in my use of words but that is because I get frustrated too easily.

With the DLA mandate behind them and the fact that they have been highlighting the merits of their technology now for years, I was hoping that their time had come. As a result I was expecting a slow but steady upward movement in their share price after the mandate.

The fall back to this level was unexpected. Regret not having sold off in the .24 to .26 range.
