I don't care why they were issued, I was just pointing out the facts.

As of the 10-Q last August, there were 307,751,445 shares issued and outstanding. As of this past 10-Q, there were 620,034,915 shares issued and outstanding. That's quite a bit of dilution there!

Not trying to poo-poo PHOT or this nice move today, which I was definitely a part of. Like I said, I understand why they diluted and don't blame them. No need to get defensive. Let's all make money here!
