Problem is....




1. The total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.

Has nothing to do with the posted a/s of 5 billion. That isn't the number of shares that have been released by the company to sell...

So if you do the math...

You get 167 Million over sold and growing...

Market is out of New shares...

TORQ shares have already been diluted into the market...

So it comes to supply and demand...

Very few are trading right now...
