some here are hiding the full scale of the bids in hopes of catching any loose ends float is super tight and I suspect there is a strong base here who have no fear of holding tight!
PCHM PPS and market cap is way too too low

Until the regulators do a better job of policing the stock market in general, and particularly the world of penny stocks, “buyer beware” will continue to be the golden rule of investing.
