HYII. Not worried about that, its just something they had to do to get the other Mine and they PRed that they would to do it inadvance so no Surprise here. They growing the Company and got the other Mine to turn out profits. HYII has explained it all in thier PR,s and i expect another PR shortly that will make HYII take off North in a Flash. LOTS OF $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
