It's a "traders" stock. They sell on news.

The near term catalyst of the Taiwan exchange application, should boost it. Not getting the KPMG blessing, would be ugly.
Stockholders meeting Monday in the US. Typically one would not expect anything from this meeting, unless an individual actually attended. Then the vote count published some days after.
