Here's some very encouraging news for everyone!!!!!! Todays response from OTHM.

First, please forgive our tardy response. We have sent you this email on Wed, but here it is again.

Responding to your email 9/4/13:

Thank you so much for becoming a shareholder in OTHM. We are greatly

appreciative of your current and ongoing support. Within the next week,

we will update our numbers on OTC Markets. Unfortunately, at present,

we cannot provide you with any updated numbers in front of the upcoming

disclosures. This is simply due to the information not yet being in

the public domain; thus providing it solely to you may be deemed privileged – not ‘fair’ disclosure.

Responding to aspects of your email 9/5/13:

Our Transfer Agent ‘HAS NOT’ been gagged by us, but rather has an

internal policy not to disclose the information for any of their

clients. As a company, we do not make it a practice of not disclosing

our information. However, the capitalization of our company must be

provided openly to the public. Thus, you will find updated numbers in

our next disclosure filing.

Responding to aspects of your email 9/9/13:

On the behalf of Oriens and Mr. Ken Chua, we (Team Oriens IR

Consultancy) apologize for the lack of communication with you.

But please do understand that it is indeed quite foolish to assume

that the CEO of any company has the time to interact with thousands of

individual shareholders on a daily basis. If so, they would not be

doing their jobs, which is precisely what Mr. Chua is doing; evidenced

by the company’s currently visible progress. So when you say…

“everyone who tries contacting them…” how many persons of the hundreds

of calls, emails, blogs we field are you speaking on the behalf of?

As Oriens’ IR consultancy staff gets back into the swing of things, in

addition to the Oriens executives, I am sure your inquiries will be

responded to in a more timely fashion.

Please be reassured, Oriens nor Mr. Chua have anything to hide, which is

why the company allowed a journalist to follow and chronicle the

business trip to Costa Rica. Mr. Chua and his staff have

every intention on building Oriens into a mighty company. This takes

focus… and unfortunately, oddly enough, intense focus in one place can

create fallibility in other areas. But as human beings, we are built to

learn from our mistakes and become better at what we do. Communication

is key – this you are absolutely correct about. We are not

yet perfect at it [communication], but we will continue to make every

earnest effort to get there.
