I am not being rude you are posting information that is irrelevant. Understanding how these companies operate is imperative to such a comparison. Let me tell you how this works. If they targeted Mexico they would buy cheaper lines and have lower rates as well. But why on earth would vip do such a thing when all of their customers call Africa. So they by cheaper lines to Africa for their target customer. This is a oranges and apples comparison.
