Worl always disappears around noon time. He's only around in the mornings, and likes to sit top ask & top bid. And usually drives the stock lower to sit a top both.

It's my guess that he's trying to cover short positions from earlier in the week by trying to shake the tree. But he will disappear within the next hour.
