1) The reply gets stricken by Order;
2) Judge may set a hearing on the motion, and not mention the reply, and admonish VRNG counsel in open court on the record;
3) Judge may go ahead and issue an Order and state in it that VRNG's late reply is not being considered; or
4) He accepts it, even though it's late (least likely IMO).
Not sure which route he will take.
