VGPR - for those of you too lazy to read the news, this is the bit that might get your attention:
"We are currently in negotiations with another company in our industry to merge our two
businesses and create a company that will have the ability to implement the business that
we have in hand and maximize shareholder value by moving the Company to a larger
exchange and away from the issues associated with trading on the Pinksheets. We will
make an announcement concerning this matter as soon as it becomes final."

Merger + exchange upgrade.
