Go back to articles from 2009 when they were sueing NCsoft and read the comments. The consensus being that worlds is a patent troll. And I don't know why you think patent troll isn't a household reference?

ATVI will try to convince the jury that worlds is a patent troll and they will do so successfully (the company hasn't produced anything profitable and it only has 1 full time employee!). So the damages will only change the lives of 1 person (and the investors who tried to profit on patent trolling) and that person didn't write the patent. But it could potentially cause financial distress for activision who has numerous employees.

I am invested in this stock for the pretrial hype and the hopes that a large settlement will come out of it. Which can still happen but it is far from a guarantee, or else the pps wouldn't be so low.

Just because I say what really could happen doesn't mean I'm bashing the stock. I am just a realist who doesn't pump stocks based on no merit.
