They are still hashing out a deal, It sounds just like what DEALS is saying Its a done deal they are just working out a settlement. And checking in with the judge to say they have reached an agreement (which they have not),


The Bright side: ILNS/ PFIZ probably thought they would be done by now, so the Judge gave them a few more weeks.
