yes agreed. They still may have a few more left to add to the OS to max it out at 250 Million, then look for filings for an increase shortly after IMO.

If the Transfer Agent wasn't gagged we as shareholders could call them daily for a true exact total, but this is OTC for a reason.

They cannot just increase the A/S without letting shareholders know!
