Here is the last time I had any correspondence with Dr Berman.. the only item I "X-ed" out was my last name... everything else is copied and pasted...

Looking back on the emails.. Dr Berman says she is still under contract for another year (as of April 2013), soooo...she is still obligated until April of 2014, right?

You are one of many people that have reached out to me with similar concerns and questions. It is frustrating and I feel really badly that people are losing money and are being misled. I have unfortunately lost control and it's been very difficult communicating with Mr. Withrow. Is it possible for investors to get reimbursed if things have not proceeded as promised? I'm not sure of how that works.

To my knowledge there is not a study currently underway at this time. The patent needs to be re-submitted and I have not heard a word about when or how this is happening. I have attempted many times to reach out to the all of the members of the company in an effort to move forward with the study and have been told various things including that they are looking for another principal investigator and study site. Although I am technically under contract with the company as a consultant/spokesperson for another year, and was asked to function as principal investigator on the study that I created and drafted, I have not received any payment as agreed since October when the press release went out about the stock. I identified this drug back in 2004 from patient of mine that was working with a compounding pharmacist. I approached Mr. Withrow about it in 2005 in hopes he could help raise the funds to do the study, help to create the patent and hopefully get it approved. He allegedly had prior experience in this area. I am sorry that I cannot help you further. I have copied all the other members of Eaton on this email and perhaps they can give you more information. I truly hope that this does move forward at some point. It is something I have been working on for a long time . When/if I am involved again and/or hear from them about moving forward with the study, I will let you know.

I am a small shareholder at Eaton Scientific and was wondering if you were still involved with them. As a shareholder, I have not received any updates on the trials for Tropine 3, nor the Patent and am trying to determine where we stand. I am a big believer in Tropine 3 being used for hot flashes (As I will be there in a few years).







Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
