Works for me, come on BRND you have this shareholders permission to do the following, I know you are reading the board.
1: Increase the AS to 2 Billion
2: Dilute like crazy to pay off all the Convertible Dept you issued.
3: Reverse Split it 100/1

Now do this as quickly as possible so that this POS can be cleaned up and worth buying a few shares in. Until then its a lotto ticket at best and we all know only 1 gets rich from those.
