You can see we had a large volume day (not really) of selling, Yet the PPS didn't fall like it should have. This theory is like a hot air balloon that drops sand bags before drifting up. With that amount of volume this should have fell to the sub penny levels. Someone swallowed it up quick and I believe they are accumulating at these levels. A run could happen on any news, or with this stock before news.
