Hoops - not sure what the final structure will be. According to Metwood, they are the parent company. They acquired 99% membership interest in GEG and GEG owns over 80% of UBRG. Should be interesting...Metwood wants to uplist based on the impact from the news. Sounds pretty impactful to me. :)
