As revs grew, he was unhappy with the accountant and went back with the original CPA. She has a proven record with larger businesses and probably caught errors requesting clarification from old CPA. Before redoing the entire filings she is trying to get him to answer so she can go forward. This was my understanding from conversations and questions I asked about this subject.

The BUSINESS side seems to be on the cusp of really growing.
