Yes there must be because if you type in that same address but pventerprisesinc.com but Type pventerprisesinc.com/index.html it brings up a completely different PVE website...I'm not quite sure how web addresses work or if the index.html means its a fake or what....I hope that is something that is addressed to shareholders and corrected as it makes a very bad image..

Hello again Peter, I hope all is well for you. I told myself i wouldn't email you again and bother you anymore but there is just something that came to my attention that i cant stand so I must ask. In the company website under the about us section it reads

is the largest U.S.-based owner of Handymax dry bulk vessels. This modern fleet is comprised principally of Supramax class vessels, a larger and more efficient Handymax design that enjoys strong demand from customers around the world. We believe that the cargo handling flexibility and cargo carrying capacity of the Supramax class vessels provides a distinct competitive advantage in the dry bulk marketplace.

Then after looking around some I found Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. that is trading on the nasdaq and its about us section reads

is the largest U.S.-based owner of Handymax dry bulk vessels.

They were word for word the same. So that got me thinking..why would they do such a thing? Then all the thoughts this isnt real and all the worries passed by and i thought about it some more...There is an SEC tab on the pve website also but it is not required for otc securities to file with sec...and I also do not believe the company website is meant to be current yet? as if you add /index.html it is a different website then just .com/ and looks under construction. So then I thought could it also be that PVE is planning on joining Eagle bulk and uplisting as the reason for SEC Filings tab? and the Exact same description in the about us sections? Im sorry for the long email i just came across that and its been kind of bothering me...I appreciate your time and any response you could give knowing you must have very busy schedule.

Thank you very much,

commited shareholder continuing to add, Ty Nicholas
