It looks like this may have been a grant for $42,900 awarded on 06/23.

Implant Sciences Corporation, $42,900 awarded, 44 employees to be trained, 30 new jobs are expected to be created as a result of training.



I guess Implant felt the need to put out a PR, maybe simply to get the word out that the B220 is selling, unless this is another grant, but I don't recall this one being previously PRed.
