just look at what happened back in mid july. this thing popped pretty quckly and then went back down just as quickly. my guess is someone that holds a short position here decided to cover because, (a) they weren't sure how the market would react to the news. and (b) if there was other news on the heels of the rental payment agreement, they were afraid this thing could fly and they might be in trouble. in other words someone out there was a little scared and showed their hand a bit. i took that little run as an indication that i should average down a bit more, just in case we finally get news. it's not pleasant putting more money into this thing, but i don't see any alternative.
